| "So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, 'Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.' And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger." - Luke 2:15,16
"Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." - Philippians 2:9-11
The birth of Jesus Christ our Lord was a miraculous birth but a humble birth. God did not announce His birth to the kings and nobles in the region, but He made it known to the lowly shepherds and the wise men from the east who had an open heart to believe. Even today, only those who seek the truth and are willing to believe the truth when presented the gospel of Jesus Christ, God will reveal Himself through His Son to them. It is assured that one day every knee will bow before Him and proclaim Him Lord. But those who did not believe on earth that Jesus is the Messiah will be separated from God to eternal darkness. Receive Him as King today and He will be our King forever.
Praise the Lord!
