"And behold you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name JESUS. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David." - Luke 1:31, 32
Bible scholars agree that there are over 200 prophecies about Jesus Christ in the Old Testament book of the Bible. Our Lord fulfilled each and every one of the prophecies pertaining to His first coming as the suffering servant and Mesiah. The birth of our Lord was also prophesied and it was fulfilled. For God gave us His Son so He can redeem us and provide His own body and blood as a sacrifice for our sins. The Child that was born in the manger is the Mighty God and everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. He is the Son of the Highest, King of kings and the Lord of lords. Praise and honor be to His name.
