"'Come now, and let us reason together.' says the LORD, 'Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.' " - Isaiah 1:18 "But why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do the things which I say?" - Luke 6:46 Sin makes us go away from the things of God and even rebel against the most holy One. Unbelievers sin and don't care about the sin being committed. But believers, when we sin, we grieve the holy Spirit, and the holy Spirit of God convicts us of our sin. When we continue in sin without repenting, God will deal with us to bring us back to the fold. God looks at the inside of our heart. He knows all things, and He desires true obedience and faithfulness from us. We may call Him, 'Lord, Lord', but unless we give Him our heart, there is no meaning. He is willing to receive every sinner and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Come now to the LORD! Praise the Lord!
