"Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." - 2 Corinthians 7:1
The message of repentance is not a new message but since the fall of mankind, God has sent His holy prophets to preach repentance and asking people to turn to Him. Jesus preached the message of repentance and He warned that the time is near. The time is indeed near and we do not know how long until our Lord returns, but it appears to be right around the corner, even at the door. Let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit and let us allow the Holy Spirit to sanctify us in the image of our Lord Jesus Christ.
