"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek." - Romans 1 V16

"And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God" - 1 Corinthians 2 V1

We need not have an excellent gift of speech or wisdom to preach and share the good news of Jesus Christ among our friends and family, but God will provide us the ability and also the appropriate words when we pray for it. We should not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the soul saving message of God to us. Let also our actions and words be a reflection of Christ in us. The gospel of Jesus Christ has to be preached to the ignorant people and as His followers we have a responsibility to support the Church and bear witness to the name of Jesus Christ and the message of salvation. Let us not be ashamed but press toward the mark for the prize of the High Calling of God in Jesus Christ.
