"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." - 1 Corinthians 1:18
The gospel message remains foolishness to the unbelieving world. It is mocked, dismissed, and treated as a lie. Yet those who have been saved from God’s righteous condemnation and eternal separation know and cherish this truth: the gospel of Christ is the very power of God unto salvation. It takes a childlike faith to believe in the Son of God, who gave Himself for the sins of the world. Therefore, let us be bold and steadfast, proclaiming this gospel with courage and living lives that display the transforming power of God.
