"Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:6,7
In the demanding world we live in today, the pressure to perform and compete is high, and as a result many suffer from stress and anxiety. The demand and pressure will only continue to grow as there is always someone who can replace us. Shall we just continue to live under stress and hope things will get better one day? Well, the Biblical answer is that we trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding. In all our ways we acknowledge Him and He shall direct our path. Our Lord Jesus Christ has invited all to come to Him and lay our burdens on Him and He will provide us rest and sustain us. Why worry when we have a mighty Savior who knows all things besides us. Let us cast all our burdens on Him and trust Him with all our heart.
