| "And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light." - Romans 13:11,12
"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy..." - 2 Timothy 3:1,2
Apostle Paul towards the end of his earthly ministry provided Timothy, his son in faith, the symptoms and indicators of last days when evil reaches its pinnacle. Things have been bad and evil from the beginning, but it will reach a point when God intervenes similar to as in the days of Noah. When we look at our world today and the things surrounding, there is no doubt evil is on the rise and intolerable. Perhaps we are living towards the end of last days that the Bible teaches us. But for believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, we know this is high time to awake from sleep and be ready. Our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The call of the Bridegroom may be heard at any moment. Therefore, let us cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light.
Praise the Lord!
