"This is the 'stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.' Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." - Acts 4:11,12
A lot of effort and money have been spent by people to look for the purpose of life and to find salvation. All religions have some method(s) prescribed based on human effort, and merit, to attain forgiveness of sins and to ultimately find favor with god(s). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man can come to the Father except through Me." God has always provided an open invitation to everyone similar to the one we see in the book of Isaiah. He said, "Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth!" By faith are we called to turn to God. God made His invitation very explicit through His Son Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Salvation is available only through the Lord Jesus Christ. Turn to Him, and He will receive you.
