| "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it." - John 8:44
"Jesus said to her, 'Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.' " - John 20:17
Jesus Christ, our Lord, revealed two types of fatherly relationships that we all knowingly or unknowingly have with. Those who do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ have devil as their father. Whatever the devil desires, they will do. Devil is the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning. Whereas those who have put their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, have God as their Father. Our Lord revealed to us that God is our Father and we can call Him Abba Father. What a privilege we get when we trust and believe in the Savior Jesus Christ. Praise be to His name!
