"For 'whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.' " - Romans 10:13
With sin came death into the world. The whole creation of God was cursed as a result. God's greatest creation, man, experienced physical death where the body and soul is separated at the moment of death and the body returns to dust. The big question is, where does the soul go? The soul is eternal and will live on either in the presence of God or in a state separated from God, which is also called hell. Jesus Christ came into the world so that those who put their trust in Him will live in the presence of God forever. By faith when we believe in the Son of God, and His work of redemption on the cross, and His bodily resurrection which reflects victory over death, we shall be saved. Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. This is an open invitation to anyone who is willing to come to God through His Son Jesus Christ.
