"After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands." - Revelation 7:9
Death is the greatest enemy of man. It is an enemy every soul fears and afraid to face. But this enemy was captured by Jesus. At the cross Jesus redeemed every person who would believe in Him, and at the grave He conquered death when He rose from the dead, giving the same hope to everyone who trust in Him. Jesus Christ is the resurrection and the life. Death has no power over a believer. The moment a believer leaves the earthly body, that believer is in the presence of Christ. One day, after Christ returns to take His Church to be with Him, all believers will be clothed in white in an immortal body to be forever with the Lord.
The resurrection of the dead in Christ is certain, and it will happen soon at the return of Christ! Let us keep looking for His return.
