"Then Jesus said to His disciples, 'If anyone desires to come after Me, let Him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me." - Matthew 16:24 "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loves me and gave Himself for me." - Galatians 2:20 There is a price to pay for following Christ. Life does not become easy but on the contrary, life may become difficult. But it is worth it! Considering the price the Son of God paid to save us, it is well worth following the Savior who loved us and gave Himself for us. Following Christ means to take up our burden, trusting Christ, and following Him. Apostle Paul was fully committed to following Christ. He became a bondservant and served His Lord all the days of His life. Are we willing for a similar sacrifice? Our answer should be an unwavering yes. There is no joy above the joy of serving Christ. Praise the Lord!
