"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep." - John 10:11
One of the seven I AM statements recorded in the Gospel according to John is "I am the good shepherd". In Psalm 23 David records that the Lord is his shepherd which he wrote under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is our good Shepherd. He alone is all sufficient and He alone meets all our needs. He is the only way to the Father for He is the door of the sheep. In Jesus we have all our needs met in this life and the life to come. He is source of all life and we can live to the fullest in Christ alone. Come to the Shepherd and receive restoration.
