"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God." - 1 John 4:7
Apostle John, is also known as the disciple whom Jesus loved, was a close eye witness to everything that Jesus did. He witnessed Jesus' love for all those who followed Him. Apostle John witnessed our Lord die on the cross and even with all the pain and suffering, Jesus prays for His enemies and asks forgiveness for them. Jesus' love was perfect because He abided in the Father love. Now our Lord commanded His followers to abide in His love, because God is love. Let us love our fellow believers for love is of God.
