"And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." - 1 John 5:11-12
Great is the mercy of God. For He saw the helplessness of man to come into His holy presence because sin has separated us from God. Without the intervention of God, there was no hope for man. He came down from heaven to give eternal life and deliver our soul from the depths of hell. In Jesus we have life. By believing in Him we get life eternal. Those who have Jesus in their heart have life, and those who do not have Jesus do not have life.
By believing in His Son, God made it possible for us to have life.
