| "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel." - Isaiah 7:14
"And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins." - Matthew 1:21
The birth of Jesus was a miracle against all odds. It was the fulfilment of the prophecy prophesied by Isaiah. Satan tried to stop the first coming of Jesus but God's counsel stood and Jesus saved His people from their sins. Even today anyone who believes in Jesus will be saved. Now we wait for the second coming of Jesus, which is imminent and seems right around the corner. Our Lord will redeem the saved from this world of sin and give them a glorious eternal life. Immanuel means, 'God with us' and we will one day live in the presence of our Lord God forever. Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus.
