"...Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord" - Job 1 V21

"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." - 1 Thessalonians 5 V16-18

As Christians we ought to rejoice always, whether we are having a good day or a bad day. This may be easier said than done, but we can learn from the response of Job when he lost all he had, including his children, but he said "Blessed be the name of the Lord!" For Christians we are on the victorious side, our Lord has won the victory over sin and death, and He asks us to just be obedient to Him and serve Him. Sometime it may be a trial that the Lord has let us to go through to refine us as gold is refined in fire, or sometime it may be the chastening of the Lord to correct a sin in our life. Whether trial or chastening, our Lord still loves each one of us, and at the end of the day we are still His children. Rejoice! In everything give thanks; for this this the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. If you do not know the Lord, then you can know Him today by receiving Him into your heart as your Lord and Saviour and accepting His finished work on the cross. Praise the Lord!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
