The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a simple message, but it requires an act of faith and commitment from our side to embrace the grace of God. It is by grace we are saved and not of our own good works or any other quality we possess. Every other effort to enter the kingdom of God is worthless. The Bible teaches, by faith we have to come and confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus Christ. Yes, in this case death and life are in the power of the tongue. If you reject Christ, God will reject you, but if you accept Him as your Lord and Saviour, God will accept you. Those who receive Christ will one day eat of the fruit from the tree of life and this will be in the eternal kingdom of our God. Praise the Lord!
