"He must increase, but I must decrease. He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all." - John 3 V30, 31

"For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain." - Philippians 1 V21

As Christians our attitude of life should be to let the image of Christ grow in us and our carnal desires (i.e. the old man) should die. Just as we expect a child to grow and one day become an adult, so a Christian should also likewise grow in his spiritual walk with Christ and come closer in attaining the fullness of Christ each day. If we do not grow and become mature in our faith and trust in the Lord, it sure means that there is a problem with our walk with the Lord, and perhaps it may be the desires of this world choking us. Friend, the things of this world are short-lived and it will only bring temporary joy, but we should all live for Christ. For to me, to live is Christ. Praise the Lord!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
