"And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ" - Acts 5 V42

"Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching." - 2 Timothy 4 V2

There is a notion among some churches that once you become a Christian you pretty much attend church and live a Godly life and that's all. We forget that we have a great commission from our Lord Jesus Christ. We ought to preach the Gospel and let the lost hear it. We ought to support missionaries and Christian ministries to take the word of God to the ends of the earth. We have a Christian obligation to preach the word. One day all Christians who know and have received the Lord Jesus Christ as Master and Saviour will stand before Him and each one will give an account of their earthly life after becoming a born again Christian. It would be such an embarrassment to stand before the Lord and have nothing to offer. Let's store our treasures in heaven and serve our Master on earth. Praise the Lord!
