"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5 V8

"...God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory." - 1 Timothy 3 V16

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3 V8). Jesus Christ is God and our God stepped down for you and me and gave His life on the cross to redeem us from the power of sin. The wages of sin is death but eternal life is available through Jesus Christ and through Him alone. Death could not hold our Lord because He was without sin and He rose again from the dead on the third day.

It is because our Lord God gave His life for our sins that now we can stand victorious and blameless in the presence of God Almighty. Praise the blessed name of the Lord!
