"Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?" - 1Corinthians 1 V20

"For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, "He catches the wise in their own craftiness"; " - 1Corinthians 3 V19

The world's wisdom is foolishness in God's sight. We may have many scholars and wise men in our world today but unless God approves these men, their wisdom is of no use. The real wisdom comes from God alone and He gives it liberally to all who ask Him of it. Let us boast only in Jesus Christ our Lord and not of any other person or thing.
