"Do not marvel that I said to you, 'you must be born again.' " - John 3 V7 

"having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever." - 1 Peter 1 V23

We often hear the term 'being Born Again' from our believer friends or a pastor in the Church, but do everybody understand it's meaning? Some folks do not like to hear this term because they feel by calling themselves 'Born Again' they have to lead a "religious" life and also on the other hand some believe that all Church going Christians are 'Born Again'. So what is the real meaning of being 'Born Again'? We should look into the scripture for the answer to this and no where else. The scripture teaches us that by being 'Born Again' we become a new creature and we enter into a new relationship with God and we are born into His family. We can start this relationship with God by saying "I do" to Christ by repenting of our sins and by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. Our Lord is good and merciful and He is waiting on every single person to make this decision and become part of His family. It is about our decision, relationship and commitment to God.
