| "Jesus answered and said to him, 'If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and my Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.' " - John 14:23
"But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His." - Romans 8:9
One clear distinction the Bible makes between a regenerate (believer) and an unregenerate (unbeliever) person is who dwells within them. Scripture declares, “If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His” (Romans 8:9). Those who repent, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and love Him are indwelt by God through His Holy Spirit. This indwelling is not temporary but a permanent residence that remains until we are glorified in His presence.
The Holy Spirit is God's gift to every believer, the seal of salvation, and the guarantee of our eternal inheritance. He guides, comforts, sanctifies, and empowers us to live for the glory of God. Let us therefore remain faithful to the Lord, steadfast in His Word, and obedient to His will.
Praise the Lord!
