| "And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD-WILL-PROVIDE, as it is said to this day, 'In the Mount of the Lord it shall be provided.' " - Genesis 22:14
"By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all." - Hebrews 10:10
On the Mount of the Lord, God Himself provided the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of all who would believe in Him. Because of this perfect offering, we may now boldly approach the throne of grace through our Lord Jesus Christ. God stopped Abraham from offering Isaac on the altar, yet on that very mountain the Lord would one day provide His own Son, the true Lamb, fully God and fully Man, Jesus Christ. By His precious blood we are cleansed, and by His righteousness we are clothed. Praise be to God for the final, perfect, and all‑sufficient sacrifice.
Praise the Lord!
