| "And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work." - Romans 11:6
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." - John 16:33
The greatest gift man can receive is the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord. With His redemptive work on the cross we are saved when we put our faith and trust in the Savior. It is by God's grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ are we saved. We will have nothing to boast about of our works in heaven, but we will give God all the glory for saving us.
