"Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up." - James 4:10
The world says you should live for yourself and live a life to enjoy all pleasures. The world teaches about self exaltation and prosperity at any cost, even if that means misery of others. This is so contrary to what the Bible teaches. Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself displayed an example how we ought to live. He being in the form of God, humbled Himself before the Father, and lived an obedient life without sin. He took the of a bondservant while coming in the likeness of men. Now, our Father exalted Jesus and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth. Let us live our lives following the example of Lord Jesus. Humbling ourselves in the sight of the Lord.
