"Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." - Romans 5:20,21 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." - Ephesians 2:8,9 The law of God is perfect, it displays the holy requirement of God. But the law cannot save a sinner and no sinner is justified by the law, because no one can keep it. God offered His grace to save us by paying the price for our sin by Himself. The grace of God pardons every sinner who comes to God with a repentant heart, trusting in the Savior Jesus Christ. For by grace we are saved through faith in the Savior Jesus Christ. The law brings realization of our imperfectness and unworthiness to be in the presence of God, but grace is the gift of God that offers us the righteousness of Christ to be in His presence. Where sin abounded, grace abounded much more! Praise the Lord!
