"But if one walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him." - John 11:10
Have you ever tried to walk in pitch black darkness? It is a very uncomfortable and perhaps even dangerous to walk in total darkness. You do not know what lies ahead and all our sensory organs are at its peak performance trying to detect danger. Our Lord compared this world to pitch black darkness and everyone who is lost is walking and stumbling in this darkness. Jesus Christ is the light of the world and darkness flees from His presence. When we have Jesus, we walk in light and through Him we can see the stumbling block on our path. Let us walk in the light and show others the path to light.
