"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." - John 1:9
Unconfessed sin is an hinderance between us and God. When we believers sin and continue to live in sin without repentance, we grieve the Holy Spirit. Our God is Holy and He tolerates no sin in His presence. He is faithful and just to forgive the sins of His children when it is confessed.
Sin robs us of the joy of our salvation, so forsake and repent. Let's live a life worthy of our Lord's calling and serve Him faithfully.
