"For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?" - Matthew 16:26
The world's philosophy is, he who has the most is successful and happy, whereas, the Bible teaches a different definition of being successful. Every materialistic achievement will perish and it is vanity of vanities. True wealth in the one in the kingdom of God which lasts for eternity. When one gives his life to Jesus and serves Him faithfully, this person is making an eternal investment. This may be failure in the world's sight but it is true wealth of great value in God's kingdom. Let's not get carried away by the flow of the world but let's serve Jesus faithfully.
