"...O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me, nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will." - Matthew 26:39 "Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ." - Philippians 3:8 The weight of all our sins was laid upon Christ and He who knew no sin became sin from us. The agony of being forsaken by God the Father was unbearable and yet Christ our Lord sought the will of the Father and obeyed the will with perfect obedience. The sacrifice of Christ is priceless and there is no comparison to the value. And yet, we may tend to take it for granted and fail to recognize the sacrifice of Christ. Apostle Paul counted all his sufferings as worthless for the knowledge of Christ and that He may gain Christ. What is your priority in life? Do you see Christ our Lord as apostle Paul saw? Turn to Christ that you may gain Him. Praise the Lord!
