Our God is a healer and He heals when we cry out to Him. There are times when we feel our prayer was not heard particularly when we have to face the harsh reality of life at the loss of a loved one. We do not fully understand why sometimes our prayers go unanswered, but we know that all things work together for good and the eternal outcome is the best in God's sovereign plan. There is one thing we can be confident of is the peace of God even in the midst of all our sufferings. Christ promised that He will take our yoke and give us His rest when we go to Him. Come to Jesus, let Him carry you. The joy of the Lord is our strength.
