"...Death is swallowed up in victory, 'O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?' " - 1 Corinthians 15:54,55
Sadly, even today some look for Jesus in a tomb but this tomb has been empty for two thousand years and it was occupied by Christ only for three days. Resurrection of Christ is the hope of every Christian and without this core doctrine our hope is futile. Christ rose bodily and He rose just as He told He would. By rising from the dead, death was swallowed up and its sting of broken once and forever. The greatest enemy of mankind was defeated not to be feared anymore. Resurrection of Christ is the hope of every Christian.
