"Then Agrippa said to Paul, 'You almost persuade me to become a Christian.' " - Acts 26:28 "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." - 1 Corinthians 1:18 We do not have any recorded history that tells us if king Agrippa got converted to Christianity in his latter life, but most likely he died without Christ. Paul preached the Gospel to king Agrippa and Festus but the message was not received by them and it appeared to be foolishness to them. Even today, the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing. The Gospel cannot be understood by human wisdom or by reasoning but salvation is the power of God and the regenerative work of the Holy Spirit. Today if you hear the voice of the Holy Spirit do not ignore and put off the decision to receive Christ, for the message of the cross is the power of God unto salvation. Praise the Lord!
