"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over." - Psalm 23:5 "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full." - John 15:11 Christ laid down His life for our sins. He endured the cross to redeem us and that His joy may remain in us. Today we can rejoice because we are free from the penalty of sin. We can rejoice because we are His and He is ours. Our cup of joy runs over due to the work of Christ on the cross and the promise of resurrection. Praise the Lord!
