"Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say on the Lord!" - Psalm 27:14 "rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer;" - Romans 12:12 Have you been in situations where you felt God is taking too long to answer your prayer, and as a result you took things in your own hand? God's timing of answering our prayers is in His own time Abraham waited until he was 100 years old for his prayers to be answered but it was answered and God miraculously provided him a son at a very old age. Let's trust in God's timing because it is perfect and it teaches us patience. Continue steadfastly in prayer and pray for things in the will of God and wait patient upon the Lord. Praise the Lord! "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! |
