"But you Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are not the least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you shall come a Ruler who will shepherd My people Israel." - Matthew 1:6 "...but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming the in the likeness of men." - Philippians 2:7 When Christ came into the world, He had a simple appearance. He had no halo above His head and no one would look at Him and say He is God in flesh. He chose the least of the cities of Judah and His abode was with animals in a manger when He came into the world. Isn't there a lot for us to learn from our Lord? We always the need the best and Christ indeed gave us His best at the expense of the cross. He made us rich while He lead a simple life which led to the cross. This Christmas season let us give Him all the glory for all He has done for us. Praise the Lord!
