"No one is holy like the Lord, for there is none beside You. Nor is there any other rock like our God." - 1 Samuel 2:2 "In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple." - Isaiah 6:1 God is Holy and we have no other reference or comparison to the holiness of God. Our minds have been corrupt with sin and we cannot fully fathom what true holiness really means. Isaiah the prophet saw God high and lifted up and he was spellbound to see the glory that filled the temple. One day we will stand in the presence of God's holiness. Only those redeemed by the blood of Christ will stand before Him. No sin or any form of sin can approach God, but we those who believe in Jesus Christ will wear His righteousness and stand holy before God. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! |
