"God reigns over the nations; God sits on His holy throne." - Psalm 47:8 "And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding." - Daniel 2:21 Sometime with all the chaos we see in our world today one may wonder if the wicked is really in power and will they subdue the world under their power. But the scripture teaches us that the wicked is ruling because God allowed him to rule. It is God who rules and reigns and He executes His purpose and His will even through the wicked. Ultimately God will bring glory to His name. Don't panic but rejoice for all things are in the palm of His hand and we are safe under His wings. Praise the Lord! "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! |
