"My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor detest His correction; for whom the Lord loves He corrects, just as a father the son in whom he delights." - Proverbs 3:11-12

"All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out." - John 6:37

Better is a believer in Jesus Christ who is chastened by the Father, than an unbeliever who does not belong to the family of God. When a believer sins and does not repent of his sin, at some point the Father will chasten this believer. As painful as the chastening may seem, yet the believer is not cast out, but the love of the Father that brought forth chastening upon him. Do not despise the chastening of the Lord but draw near to Him. Rejoice if you belong to the family of God. If you are not a believer then if you believe in Jesus as the Christ, acknowledge Him as your Lord, and receive Him, He will surely come into your heart.
Praise God!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
