"What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8 V31

The Gospel according to Matthew ends with a great promise from our Lord Jesus Christ. We are assured by our Lord that He is with us always, even to the end of the age. As we begin this new year, let's bear in our hearts and minds the promise the Lord made to us. Surely there will be trials and discouragements this year as well, but when we know that when God is for us, who can be against us, let us stay strong in our faith and overcome the things that lie ahead of us. For the confidence of a child of God is in the Saviour and all we need to do is to walk in His will and live for His glory. Praise the Lord!
