"...Seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand; lest they should turn, and their sins be forgiven them" - Mark 4 V12

"For since in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe." - 1 Corinthians 1 V21

The message of the Gospel is simple enough that even a child can understand it. On the other hand, the message of the Gospel is simple enough that it is underestimated and considered too simple to be true by many who consider themselves to be wise. Godly wisdom is considered foolishness in our world today and yet God through the  foolishness of the message of the Gospel has decided to save those who believe. When we come to God for salvation we have to come in His terms, even though all we are expected to do is believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and receive Him as our Lord and Saviour. The message of the Gospel goes off as a light bulb to some people, whereas to others it is foolishness. Receive the simple message of the Gospel and turn to God for salvation. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. It is the name of Jesus Christ that saves people even today. Praise God!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
