"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise." - Proverbs 11 V30

"For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." - 2 Corinthians 5 V21

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life but there is none righteous, no not one. Does it mean that there is no one that will eat from the tree of life? Well, if it was not for Christ's sacrifice, it would have been so. By faith in Jesus Christ is a man justified. There was a great exchange that took place at the cross where Jesus died. On the cross Jesus took on the sin of the world and gave His righteousness to them that believe on Him. Now when God sees those who believe in Jesus, He sees Christ's righteousness in them. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life and indeed we who believe in Jesus will eat of this tree one day. Praise the Lord!
