Pride has caused one of the wonderful creatures of God to fall and to be cast away and become the enemy of God's creation. Pride is one of the deadliest sins mentioned in the Bible and this is the sin that God hates the most. We all have been prideful in our hearts one way or another and it is difficult to be humble and not prideful in all things. Jesus displayed a perfect example of humility and simplicity. He created the entire universe and yet He lived in subjection to the law of His own creation. He also died and was laid in a tomb, something unimaginable that our God can die for the sin of mankind. As Christians we ought to display the nature of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It does not take a lot of effort to be prideful but it does take a lot of effort to be humble in all things. Let's remember our Lord in all things and wear His humility everywhere we go. Praise the Lord!
