"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." - John 16 V33

There is a cost in being a disciple of Jesus and everyone who desires to follow Christ must count this cost first. There will be trials and tribulation for them that follow Christ, but Christ has not left us alone but He goes with us through all our trials and tribulations and He gives us His peace. Christ taught us by His own example and He foretold us that those who follow Him should expect the same level of scorn and contempt from the unbelieving world. But be of good cheer, Christ has overcome the world and the victory is already won. Christ is in the process of separating the believing from the unbelieving and He will one day rule and reign the world, and His saints with Him. Praise the Lord!
