"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!" - Matthew 23 V37

"The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." - 2 Peter 3 V9

Jesus wept over Jerusalem because God's chosen people, Israel, rejected Him and did not recognize their God and Saviour. God is not willing that any should perish but all should come to repentance. The arms of Jesus are open even today, and He knocks at the door of every heart, those who open their hearts to Him will find their Saviour and live with Him forever. Praise the Lord!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
