"And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish. " - John 21 V6

"For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified." - 1 Corinthians 2 V2

Shortly after the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, the disciples of Christ thought everything was over and they tried to return back to their old business of catching fish. They forgot Jesus' words about making them fishers of men. The disciples tried to catch fish all night, but they got none until morning when our Lord asked them to cast the net on the right side, and sure they caught a multitude of fish and they were unable to draw the net to the shore. Our Lord is aware of all our needs, and when we try to do something without seeking His will, our work will be in vain. For us everything should be centred  around Christ, like Paul said, "for I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified." Jesus Christ has a greater plan for each one of us, and when we make Him our Lord and receive Him into our heart, we will catch a multitude of fish. Praise the Lord!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
