"But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons." - Galatians 4 V4, 5

"The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us." - 2 Peter 3 V9 

The timing of our God is perfect. At the appropriate time He fulfils His will and all fits well together in the grand scheme of things. When the fullness of the time had come, God sent His Son Jesus Christ and Christ fulfilled all the prophecies about His first coming just as the prophets prophesied. The Lord is not slack about His second return, but at the appropriate time He will come suddenly. Be ready always looking for our Lord's return. For indeed our redemption draweth near. Praise the Lord!
